Dean and his team are incredible. They make the home selling process about as easy as they can for their clients. Dean did a great job at evaluating what home items may need updated to get top market price. He then takes over the management and process with the various contractors to get that accomplished. This was very appreciated as I did not need to get involved on that process. Dean was great at evaluating price and marketing our property. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in Colorado Springs/El Paso county.
