I have worked with Dean now on selling two houses and buying two houses.  He was great on both. When walking through the houses, he was patient even after walking through our 10th or 11th house and I am sure he would have been just as happy to show us the 100th house as he was on the 1st.  He went above and beyond what I expected in working with the home builder and he really fought to get me the best price possible.  I have recommended him to friends and they have all had very positive experiences as well.  I highly recommend him!
