We have bought and sold two homes with Dean. Each time, we have been very impressed by how easy and smooth Dean has made the process. His negotiation skills are incredible and he has always been able to get us the best deal possible, both in buying and selling. He always takes care of his clients even long after they are settled in their home. We are extremely bummed to be leaving Colorado and the reach of Dean’s license. It is going to be very difficult to find a new realtor that matches Dean’s expertise.
