Normally we don’t write reviews, but Dean provided such outstanding service that we felt compelled to share our experiences. Dean has sold two homes for us. The first on 2/28/2017 and the second on 4/4/2022. Dean thoroughly investigated the market for our properties before determining the price for each sale and gave us the reasons behind his thoughts, so we could make the final decision on our asking price. He was extremely responsive to our texts and phone calls and gave us excellent guidance. He is truly amazing, and without hesitation we will work with him again and won’t hesitate to refer him to family, friends and anyone looking into a real estate transaction. We would be remiss in not mentioning his assistant Tammy Lobato, who also was totally involved with the process. She was very responsive to all questions and requests. RJS & PAS
