I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received with Lori and Tammy. This was my third time going through the home buying process and it was the best experience, by far. My previous experiences were very stressful. I had a short amount of time, and not a whole lot of money to spend. With  another team, that would have meant sub-par service, but not with Lori and Tammy. Lori and Tammy were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any potential problems. They would check in on me to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. They treat you like you are their family during the whole process. I never felt like I was on my own through the whole buying process. I had a check list and a time frame for each item that was clear and easy to understand. They walked me though every step. Lori and Tammy are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions quickly. They communicated with my bank, the buyer and the HOA for me. They were extremely accommodating with my time frame for buying and my availability for looking at potential homes. I would highly recommend Lori and Dean to anyone buying a home. It was the best experience.
